Judicial credits, precatórios & credit rights
T3 Capital Group purchases, in a secure and transparent manner, judicial credits (credit rights or precatórios, the court-ordered payment obligations of Brazilian public entities) arising from lawsuits brought by individuals or companies against the Federal Government, states, municipalities and other governmental or private entities (“debtors”).
In return, T3 Capital Group gives the holder of the right the opportunity to receive the restated amount of the credit immediately, with a discount applied (deságio).
Who should do business with us? Anyone seeking liquidity from a case that has been pending (usually for a long time) before the judicial or arbitral courts, and who has not yet found someone able to place a value on this asset, or willing to join the effort in that fight. There are, essentially, two forms of business with T3 Capital Group:
Under this arrangement, after studying the case, we make a realistic and reliable financial offer. You or your company receive the amount claimed in the case records, subject to an agreed discount, and we assume the risks of the proceedings from that moment on;
Under this arrangement there is a transaction with an instalment paid up front and the structuring of a partnership through which we will share the future proceeds. It is what we do most, and what we most enjoy doing. We become partners in resolving the lawsuit. In addition to the initial instalment that meets your immediate needs, we make available the most prepared and dedicated team to work on your case, always in harmony with your lawyers, who have fought for your right for so long. When this joint work succeeds, we will share the outcome fairly, as agreed with you in advance. We know that the capital to be advanced will weigh on your decision. But there are many other factors that should be taken into account when choosing your business partner.
